Updated Conference Format in 2026

For 2026, the conference format has been updated: instead of 2.5 days, the event will now take place over two full days (Tuesday and Wednesday), with the programme starting at 09:00 on Tuesday. This revised format ensures two focused and content-rich days with high-quality presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities.

In addition, the general meetings of DGG and HVG will be held on Monday afternoon, 1 June 2026, followed by a Welcome Evening for students.

Set in the heart of Würzburg, the Congress Centrum Würzburg offers an excellent venue for the conference, combining modern facilities with the charm of the historic city centre.
